Our Story
MAC Project Delivery Ltd was formed by a close-knit group of professionals who have worked together over several years across a wide range of projects. Through this shared experience, a decision was made to build something together — a business that could focus on meaningful work, greater variety, and delivering real impact for clients and communities.
Our journey began with property projects, driven by a passion for bringing buildings back into use, supporting regeneration, and helping people access housing opportunities. Early work involved collaborating with local agents to undertake small, often unique assignments, gradually building a reputation for reliability and practical problem-solving. Even as a very small, part-time operation in its first year, the business achieved over £14,000 in profit, demonstrating the viability of the approach.
In the second year, activities expanded to include working with investors and supporting more complex projects, while continuing to pursue larger-scale schemes such as flood risk mitigation, biodiversity improvements, resilient infrastructure, education projects, and community works. This period also saw collaboration with a sister organisation specialising in fire safety services, delivering contracts across both private and public-sector buildings.
Now entering its third year, the business is preparing to expand further, including participation in formal tender opportunities and broader project delivery work across Wales and England. The team combines a wide range of complementary skills, including civil engineering, fire safety, stakeholder management, finance, programme coordination, digital systems, electrical engineering, and hands-on project delivery.
MAC Project Delivery Ltd remains grounded in its original purpose: to deliver projects that improve places, create opportunities, and support sustainable growth within communities.
